Was ist 13 Lot Silber?
Der Silberfeingehalt wurde in Deutschland bis 1868 in Lot angegeben. Die üblichen Feingehalte waren 12 Lot und 13 Lot. Silber mit 14 Lot oder sogar 15 Lot wurde nur in geringerem Umfang für Aufträge des reichen Bürgertums, des Adels und des Hofes verarbeitet.
Wie wird Gold gekennzeichnet?
Der Goldgehalt muss in Tausendstel angegeben werden, als 3-stellige Zahl wie z.B. 333 oder 585, ohne führende 0, also nicht 0333 oder 0585. Jede Goldlegierung ist möglich und kann als solche punziert werden, sowie sie einen höheren Feingoldgehalt als 333/1000 hat.
Was ist 84 Silber?
Bis 1899 wurden Silberarbeiten mit Meisterzeichen, Stadtmarke, oft einem Jahresbuchstaben und üblicherweise mit dem Feingehaltsstempel „84“ für 875/1000 gestempelt.

What is the difference between EPBM and FS (EPBM)?

However, when the PBM was enriched with FS (EPBM) the total substitution of FM resulted in an increase in the growth rate.
What is eppb material used for?
EPBM was often used for cheaper wares, as this alloy is rather soft and malleable, which meant that objects could be easily dented. Nevertheless it was often used for hollowware as tea and coffee pots as its grey color was not too evident when plating was damaged.
