Can I be charged with aggravated assault for using a kubaton?
If you use your Kubaton to defend yourself and after the attacker is on the ground and is no longer a threat to you, you continue to beat him, you SHOULD be found guilty of aggravated assault! Questions such as these will be asked AFTER you have stopped an attacker, unless you went on the offensive and you were the attacker!
