Was ist Cam fai?
Bei dem Cam FAI liegt eine Formveränderung mit knöcherner Ausziehung am Übergang vom Hüftkopf zum Schenkelhals vor. Diese knöcherne Ausziehung (Bump) wird bei Beugung und Drehbewegung in die Gelenkpfanne eingedreht und kann dort den Gelenkknorpel schädigen. Arthroskopisch kann der Bump abgefräst werden.
