Ein Nasopharynxkarzinom, auch Epipharynxkarzinom oder deutsch Nasenrachenkrebs genannt und häufig NPC für engl. Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma abgekürzt, ist eine Krebserkrankung des Nasenrachens (Nasopharynx oder Epipharynx oder Pars nasalis pharyngis). Der Nasenrachenkrebs gehört zu der Gruppe der Kopf-Hals-Tumoren.
