Die BKK exklusiv übernimmt die Kosten der sogenannten nicht-invasiven Pränatal-Tests (NIPT) je Schwangerschaft im Rahmen des „Storchenkontos“ bis zu 600,00 Euro. Nicht-Invasive Pränataldiagnostik wird bezahlt nach einem Beratungsgespräch mit dem Arzt. Kostenübernahme von bis zu 100 Euro.

There are multiple NIPT methods to analyze fetal cfDNA. To determine chromosomal aneuploidy, the most common method is to count all cfDNA fragments (both fetal and maternal). If the percentage of cfDNA fragments from each chromosome is as expected, then the fetus has a decreased risk of having a chromosomal condition (negative test result).
